He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Insurance and also a Masters degree in Management, both from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. An alumnus of Lagos Business School-Chief Executive Program (CEP 5), he is also an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London, Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, Fellow Council of  Registered Insurance  Brokers of Nigeria, and  a Fellow of the Enterprise Risk Management Association of Nigeria.

Joseph Njuguna Maina [CERM, CFCP], heads RiskHedge Consulting’s operations in Kenya while also overseeing and providing visionary leadership for our operations in Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and the rest eleven countries in the East African block. He currently serves as the Director for East Africa at the International Center for Professional Collections (USA), and he is a globally certified expert in risk management and financial collections. Damilola Obigbemi holds a B. Sc in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
A Chartered Accountant and Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she also holds the Project Management Professional Certification from Ife Business School.
