Osondu Uche
Managing Partner
Osondu is an experienced Risk Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the health and finance sectors. An International Consultant in Risk Management and Senior Associate of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria, Osondu is the Principal Consultant at RiskHedge Consulting.
He is skilled and well grounded in Risk Management for healthcare organizations with expertise in comprehensive Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies, Crises and Reputation Management, Operational Risk Management and more. He is also grounded in Credit Risk Management with expertise in credit rating, credit derivatives, default probability and VaR computations, Basel II and Basel III, capital adequacy assessments (ICAAP), Risk Transfer Mechanisms with a Certificate in Risk Management from Technische Universiteit Delft (Delft University of Technology), the Netherlands.
He has been a Consultant Partner and Course Facilitator at Nexus International University, Uganda, where he anchored the Advanced Certificate in Credit Risk Management Program.
He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Certified Management Consultant and Certified as a Management Specialist by the London Graduate School. He holds a first degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

Edith Praise is the Head of RiskHedge Consulting operations in Ghana. She is a seasoned banking professional with extensive expertise in retail and digital banking sales. Her multifaceted skill set includes proficiency as a business and data analyst, showcasing her ability to navigate the intricate landscape of financial data. Edith is also recognized for her impactful role as a coach and speaker, where she imparts knowledge and insights drawn from her rich experience.
Edith holds an MBA in International Business, reflecting her commitment to staying at the forefront of global business trends, and an MA in Leadership and Management, highlighting her dedication to honing leadership skills.

Joseph Njuguna Maina
Country Director - Kenya
Joseph heads RiskHedge Consulting's operations in Kenya while also overseeing and providing visionary leadership for operations in Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe and eleven other East African countries.
He currently serves as the Director for East Africa at the International Center for Professional Collections (USA), and is a globally certified expert in risk management and financial collections. In his role as the CEO of CollectrKe, Joseph focuses on strategy, growth, credit risk, and debt management.
His passion lies in establishing lucrative connections between service providers and clients, showcasing a unique ability to navigate intricate business challenges. Joseph's extensive network ensures that, even when he may not directly address your needs, he can connect you with the right people to meet them.
Joseph brings with him a wealth of experience and expertise to the board.
Prof. Otuechere, Chiagoziem Anariochi
Board Member
Otuechere, Chiagoziem Anariochi is a Professor of Biochemistry with over 20 years teaching and research experience acquired in Universities both in Nigeria, Ethiopia, India, Germany, and United States of America.
He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Biochemistry, University of Ibadan. His areas of research include phytomedicine and biochemical toxicology. He is a member of reputable national and international scientific societies including the Nigerian Society of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (NSBMB), and the Society of Toxicology (SOT).
He was once a practicing journalist with THE SUN NEWSPAPERS.
As a member of the board of directors, Prof Otuechere brings to the company a wealth of experience gathered from different fields of endeavour and plays a major role in shaping the policies of the company.
